1. Not hiring a videographer - this was the most common regret BY FAR. Also, not spending money on a quality videographer 🎥
2. Wearing a traditional wedding dress…wish I would have worn what I truly wanted to wear not what everyone thought I should wear.
3. Giving my mom’s opinion too much weight on my decisions
4. Not doing a First Look
5. Inviting people we felt obligated to invite
6. Not spending enough time with guests
7. We didn’t tell our officiant to tell everyone to put their phones away before the ceremony. Wish some of our friends wouldn’t have had their phones out the whole ceremony and would have been more present.
8. My mom was basically my day of coordinator and didn’t get to just enjoy the day…I wish I hired someone else to take care of the coordination for the day 🙁
