Now mix everything well and form patties (i made 12 patties from this. Spray/grease oil in a pan, and shallow fry till crisp and golden brown on both sides. 🌯Dressing: 100g of high protein greek yogurt, 1tsp garlic powder, 1 small spoon of ketchup, chopped coriander and salt. wie süß sind bitte diese kleinen Mini-Tacos? 😍 Gefüllt mit würzigem Hack, Paprika & Käse – einfach gemacht & soooo lecker. Ideal für Partys, zum Snacken oder als kreatives Abendessen! ✨ Zutaten für ca. 20 Stück:
🌯 6 Wraps (mittelgroß)
🥩 500 g Rinderhackfleisch
🌽 1 kleine Dose Mais (abgetropft)
🫑 1 rote Paprika
🧅 1 rote Zwiebel
🧄 3 Knoblauchzehen
🛢 2 EL Öl
🌶 1 TL Paprika edelsüß
🌶 ½ TL Paprika rosenscharf
🌶 1 TL Currypulver
🌶 ½ TL Cayennepfeffer
🍅 400 g stückige Tomaten
🧀 150 g geriebener Käse 🧂 Salz und Pfeffer 👩🏻‍🍳 Zubereitung:
1️⃣ Mit einem Glas oder Ausstecher aus jedem Wrap 4–5 kleine Kreise ausstechen (ca. Ø 7–8 cm).
2️⃣ Paprika, Zwiebel & Knoblauch fein würfeln. Mais abtropfen lassen.
3️⃣ Öl in einer großen Pfanne erhitzen & das Hackfleisch krümelig anbraten.
4️⃣ Zwiebel, Knoblauch & Paprika dazugeben & kurz mitbraten.
5️⃣ Mit den stückigen Tomaten ablöschen, Mais & Gewürze dazugeben. Alles gut umrühren & abgedeckt 5–10 Minutenköcheln lassen.
6️⃣ Nun die Mini-Wraps jeweils mit 1–2 EL Füllung füllen. Wie im Video gezeigt die Wraps dann aneinander reihen (zwischen 2 Gläser, damit sie nicht umfallen). Form einfetten! 
7️⃣ Mit Käse bestreuen & im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 200 °C (Ober-/Unterhitze) ca. 20–25 Minuten backen, bis sie goldbraun & knusprig sind.

Alle Zutaten für die Sauce vermengen und die Gewürzgurken klein schneiden. Vier Wraps leicht überlappend in eine Auflaufform legen, sodass der Boden komplett bedeckt ist.
