THZero trust is not enough for AI agents, and most enterprise teams don’t know it yet. I teach cybersecurity to active duty military, and zero trust was built around human identity. A person logs in, we verify, we monitor, we decide. That framework assumes a human initiated the action. AI agents don’t log in. They act. They chain decisions autonomously, hold session state, and execute across systems without re-authenticating. That is a different problem entirely. Zero trust is the floor. AI systems need a trust model built on top of it, one that accounts for delegation, scoped authorization, and accountability when no human is in the loop.
