a couple weeks ago I posted these same trees, but without a pickle and a star of cheese. they were on a toothpick with a wooden bead glued to the toothpick.
many concerned individuals were worried that someone eating the snack would not be able to tell the difference between wood and food, and that they would end up eating the glued bead on the toothpick. BUT! More incredible people suggested that a cornichon as the tree base, and some sort of cheese as the tree topper would bring the whole thing to life!
you were all SOOO spot on. this no cook appetizer is so much more fabulous now, and it’s all because of you! So thank you!
