Según esta versión, durante el punto más alto de la fama de The Beatles, Paul habría sufrido un accidente automovilístico en Londres. El impacto habría sido fatal. El problema era enorme: la banda más famosa del planeta no podía simplemente perder a uno de sus miembros, así que —según la teoría— fue reemplazado por un doble cuidadosamente entrenado para ocupar su lugar.
Los seguidores de esta historia dicen que las pistas están escondidas en los discos. En portadas, letras y hasta mensajes supuestamente reproducidos al revés. Señalan, por ejemplo, la portada de Abbey Road, donde cada integrante representaría un papel en un funeral: John vestido de blanco como un sacerdote, Ringo de negro como el encargado del servicio, George con ropa de trabajador como el sepulturero… y Paul descalzo, fuera de paso, como el “difunto”.
Quizá sea sólo una de las conspiraciones más famosas del mundo de la música. O quizá fue una broma que creció demasiado. Pero lo inquietante es que, casi sesenta años después, todavía hay quienes miran las fotos, escuchan las canciones y se preguntan lo mismo:
¿Y si el verdadero Paul sí murió… y el que conocemos hoy es alguien más?

FAI refuse to believe Batman (1966) is serious 😂
Batman is one of the most delightfully strange superhero shows ever made. Airing during the 1960s, it leaned fully into bright colors, exaggerated performances, and intentionally over the top dialogue. The show treated crime fighting like a comic strip brought to life, complete with onscreen sound effects and absurd gadgets.
Adam West’s Batman delivers his lines with absolute sincerity, which somehow makes everything even funnier. Villains like the Joker, Penguin, and Riddler feel more like theatrical pranksters than real threats. What makes the series endure is its confidence. It never winks at the audience. It commits completely to its tone, turning camp into its greatest strength.
