The method explained 👇🏻 You got too much on your plate between work & other responsibilities so if you don’t know where to start, go with the 12, 10, 8, 4, 1 method. 12 - if you want to burn fat/lose weight, weigh yourself on an empty stomach and multiply by 12. This could put you in a comfortable, sustainable deficit to start off. Weigh yourself each week and adjust accordingly (look to lose around 1lb per week). If you want to just maintain/recomp go for your bodyweight x 15 10 - this one is non negotiable. Hit 10,000 steps per day. Walking is the most underrated form of activity in the world & you probably don’t do enough of it although it is crucial for a healthy lifestyle. Take the stairs instead of an elevator, park further in parking lots, take calls while on the move, etc. Don’t be afraid to mix it some steady zone 2 cardio as well like running, incline walking, stairmaster, bike, elliptical, etc 8 - I can’t stress enough how important sleep is for all bodily functions. Testosterone, recovery, energy, growth hormone, mood, physique. All things affected by sleep. 4 - lift 4 times per week for no more than 45-90min at a time. I recommend an upper lower split allowing proper volume and recovery between training muscle groups. One thing to keep in mind, you can’t out train a bad diet. So pair this with proper nutrition and you’ll be golden 1 - protein increases muscle growth, metabolism, recovery, etc. It’s not as hard as it may seem. Plan your meals ahead of time so you know exactly what you need to eat to get there. Give your body what it needs to support your goals Hope this helps 👌🏻 Follow for more value
