ALI’m 36 months postpartum x I’ve had 3 c-sections, I’m 36 years old and it definitely does NOT happen over night but a little each day makes big differences and for me it was all about SMALL movements for the core 💪 It took me over 2 years of consistency! It’s been years after each baby, putting in the small movements with the core to rebuild back strength.
