Yesterday was Day 1 of my 75-day challenge to eat absolutely ZERO ultra-processed foods. Before anyone comes for me in the comments—this is a personal challenge I’m doing for myself. I want to see how my body responds to eating only real, nutrient-dense foods. This isn’t about going on a diet, and I’m not saying it’s for everyone. I just love experimenting, challenging myself, and seeing what works for me and how I can feel my absolute healthiest🫶 Honestly, it’s fun for me, and I enjoy learning how my body adapts to different ways of eating. The end of 75 Hard-ish❤️‍🔥 I took these before and after clips but I can’t emphasize enough that this challenge wasn’t centered around physical results and it was important for me to love my body on Day ONE of starting. I was feeling lost with my relationship with exercise post-marathon but I didn’t want to train for another. Exercise and movement is a big part of my lifestyle I’m extremely privileged to have, so feeling off with it was taking a toll on my mental health. This challenge was also about prioritizing myself when I felt like I was prioritizing others too often before what I needed. It was resetting after traveling for 2 months straight. It was continuously showing up for myself even on the days I genuinely dreaded doing a 90 minute walk or 15 minute quizlet session. It was about building my confidence in my language learning journey with Korean after feeling defeated and still a beginner after my trip. It was about challenging myself to choose the mocktail or soda instead of alcohol even in social situations where alcohol is all around me. This was 75 hard days of building myself back up, forming healthy habits & so much more. For 75 days (plus one free day because my friend got married and I was fortunate enough to be one of her bridesmaids) I prioritized balance, challenge, moderation & made healthy choices. Yes I feel stronger physically but most importantly, in ALL ways of myself and that’s what I will take away from this 2025 goal, now accomplished 🥳 #75hard #75daychallenge #75medium
