In a completely surreal pinch me moment, I got to interview one of the world’s greatest filmmakers @bazluhrmann for @celebritykind 🤯 Thanks to @universalpicsau for making it happen We spoke on the red carpet of the Australian premiere of his latest film EPiC (Elvis Presley in Concert) @epic.themovie a jaw dropping creative feat built over two years from footage lost decades ago that Baz and his team uncovered while shooting ‘Elvis’ in the salt mines of Kansas City where the MGM archives are kept. What he and his team @bazmarkinq have created is jaw-dropping. One of the most famous men in the world finally reclaiming his story and being seen by the world in a way he desperately wanted but could never have. What an honour to be at essentially @elvis first Australian show. Please go and see it in cinemas February 19th. But for now, enjoy this chat about fame, storytelling and legacy.
