They weren’t off-the-shelf. Bob Gurr designed them from scratch, inspired by European sports cars like Ferrari and Porsche. The ride was such a hit, it expanded across Disney parks worldwide, with multiple versions and even a water-based spin-off! 🇦🇺🇦🇺 Now THIS is what you call views for days!!! We loved our Kakadu National Park full day tour with the Crocodile Cruise add on with @autopiatours with hotel pickup in Darwin for a 3 hour scenic ride! Rain or shine! ✈️ Our Kakadu National Park adventure was one for the books! About 10,000 miles away from Miami! To date, this is the FURTHEST distance we have traveled, and will probably hold that record for our lifetime! 🏞️ The Northern Territory of Australia is so rugged and natural! Kakadu is in an UNESCO World Heritage site 🌏 It’s also Australia’s largest national park and the size of small countries! 🦘 It has over 65,000 years of continuous Aboriginal habitation. It features thousands of ancient rock art sites like the one we visited called Nourlangie 🐊 We also cruised the Adelaide River which is famous for the massive population of wild saltwater crocodiles, and some of the largest!! It’s monsoon season now, breeding season! And we had Marilyn and Stumpy jump for us at the river! 🌦️ We lucked out for sure! The weather cooperated because it could have been a torrential downpour with flooding in the roads! 🚌While driving to Kakadu, we saw wild dingoes, kangaroos hopping on the side of the road, and even wild gators in the flooded areas along the roadside with people fishing right next to them. It was wild! 🐊🦘🇦🇺 Autopia Tours operated throughout all of Australia and has many tour options that will fit any of your budgets and preferences! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ #autopia #kakadunationalpark #northernterritory #australia #seekakadu
