Duckie’s style meets Adam Ant 🐜🎶🇬🇧 Hope y’all dig my Teddy Boy version of Adam Ant’s outfit from his debut solo album, Friend or Foe. Yesterday was the 41st anniversary of the release of the single “Goody Two Shoes”, and with Adam Ant coming to Pasadena to perform at Cruel World (I wish I could go!), I figured I’d try my hand at recreating this look. I was also thinking of mashing up his Dandy Highwayman and/or Prince Charming personas with Duckie’s style, but felt his Friend or Foe-era look was easier to translate. Plus, I already did a full-on closet cosplay of the Dandy Highwayman on my other account. Some of you may have seen that Reel when I shared it to my Story last week. I also plan on doing a full-on cosplay for Goody Two Shoes over there, along with Prince Charming, a couple of Adam Ant’s looks from the Strip album, and his look in “Apollo 9”, so stay tuned!
