If you’re paying a big team split just to get third-party leads, it might be worth looking at the actual math of what you’re paying versus what you’re getting. Some of those same lead sources let you pay a referral at closing, which means you may not need to stack a team split on top of that cost just to have opportunities. Something else you may not know if you’ve been looking at eXp is the Fast Cap program.
