مواد لازم:
آرد نول یا همه منظوره: ۳۰۰ گرم
تخم مرغ : ۲ عدد
شکلات چیپسی: ۳۰۰ گرم
شکر سفید: ۱۳۰ گرم
شکر قهوه ای: ۹۰ گرم
نمک : ۵ گرم
جوش شیرین : ۴ گرم
کره: ۲۱۰ دگرم
وانیل: یک ق چ
طرز تهیه:
کره ی دمای محیط و شکرهارو با همزن بزنید تا رنگش تغییر کنه و سبک بشه، تخم مرغ های دمای محیط و وانیل اضافه کنید، و بزنید و حتما دورگیری کنید، آرد و جوش شیرین و نمک رو اضافه کنید و در آخر شکلات هارو اضافه کنید. خمیر کوکی رو ۳۰ تا ۶۰ دقیقه بذارید توو یخچال. بعد توپ های ۵۰ تا ۶۰ گرمی ازش بگیرید و توو سینی فر با فاصله بچینید و در فر از قبل داغ شده با دمای ۱۸۰ درجه سانتی گراد به مدت ۱۰ تا ۱۲ دقیقه بپزید موقعی خوب پخته شدن که لبه ها کمی تغییر رنگ میده و وسط کوکی ها رنگش از خامی در اومده، بعد حتما بذارید توو همون سینی بمونن و کاملا خنک بشن بعد نوش جان کنید.
این مقدار مواد ۱۷ تا کوکی، حدودا ۶۰ گرمی میده. این کوکی به خاطر کره و شکرشه که این مدلی خوشگل توو فر پهن میشه. البته اگه خواستین میتونید از شکرش و شکلات چیپسی هم کم کنید. به جای جوش شیرین میتونید ۶ گرم بیکینگ پودر بزنید. از دستور استفاده کردین حتما منبعش رو بگید 🥰

Ingredients:
300g all-purpose flour
2 eggs
300g chocolate chips
130g white sugar
90g brown sugar
5g salt
4g baking soda
210g butter
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
Beat the room temperature butter and both sugars with a mixer until the color changes and the mixture becomes light and fluffy.Add the room temperature eggs and vanilla, and beat again, making sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl.Add the flour, baking soda, and salt, then mix in the chocolate chips at the end.Chill the cookie dough in the fridge for 30 to 60 minutes.
Form 50 to 60g dough balls and place them on a baking tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10 to 12 minutes. The cookies are done when the edges are slightly golden and the center is no longer raw.
Leave them on the tray to cool completely before serving. Enjoy!

GRI only bake with einkorn, the world’s most ancient form of wheat. It’s very different than the likes of modern wheat.
Even those with gluten intolerance have no issues digesting this wheat because the gluten is not only much lower, it’s also a very different type of gluten. Einkorn has a completely different genetic makeup than modern wheat. Modern wheat was created in the lab during the 50’s.
During the Green Revolution when a new wheat was created, they took it a step further to increase the gluten so that bakers could have a “better” or more workable product. You know when you see those stretchy doughs all over Instagram? That’s a sign of high gluten and modern wheat. ✋
It’s almost impossible to find wheat in the grocery today that isn’t from modern wheat. Sadly.
