VATime to say goodbye to Tuscany and my art residency @borgo_belsedere For traveling back to the US I roll all of my canvases together around a thin plastic tube. This gives strength to the canvases incase there is compression from suitcases in checked in luggage. I kept the length under the extra large luggage rule though often I do pay the extra large fee for longer and wider canvas rolls. After rolling I then seran wrap and clear tape the package. This is easy to carry to the train station and airport. I am heading to Venice however and will stow it in a baggage locker for a few days. I can’t wait@for Venice!
