Delicious beef gyoza 🥟 Dough: · Flour — 300g · Corn or potato starch — 30–40g (~3–4 tbsp) · Boiling water — 170–190ml · Salt — ½ tsp Filling: · Medium-fat ground beef — 400g · Napa cabbage — 200g · Garlic — 2 cloves · Black pepper — ½ tsp · Chili flakes or hot pepper — 1 tsp · Soy sauce — 2 tbsp · Green onion — 1 stalk Instructions: 1. Make the dough: In a bowl, combine sifted flour, starch, and salt. Pour in hot water (~90°C). Mix with a spoon initially. When the dough comes together and becomes difficult to stir, turn it out onto a surface. Knead for 7-10 minutes until smooth. The dough should be soft and not sticky. Cover and let it rest for 30-60 minutes. 2. Form wrappers: Roll the dough into a thin sheet (~1.5mm). Use an 8.5cm ring or cup to cut out circles. Dust the circles well with starch or flour to prevent drying. Re-roll the scraps and repeat until all dough is used. 3. Prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix the ground beef, cabbage, garlic, black pepper, chili flakes, and soy sauce. For seasoning check, you can quickly pan-fry a small amount of the filling. 4. Assemble the gyoza: Lightly roll out a dough circle to make it thinner. Moisten the edges with water. Place about 1 heaped teaspoon of filling in the center. Fold and pleat the edges to seal. Place finished gyoza on a floured surface. 5. Cook: Heat oil in a pan over low heat. Add the gyoza and fry for 2-3 minutes until the bottoms are golden. Add water to cover about 1/3 of the gyoza. Cover tightly and cook for 7 minutes. Remove the lid and evaporate any remaining water. 6. Ingredients Chicken • 2 lb chicken breast (or thighs), cut into bite-size pieces • 2 eggs • 3 tbsp soy sauce • ¾ tsp salt • ¾ tsp black pepper • 1½ tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp ginger powder Crispy Coating • 1 cup cornstarch • 3 tbsp flour • ¾ tsp baking powder Korean Sauce • ⅓ cup gochujang • 3 tbsp brown sugar • 3 tbsp ketchup • 4 tbsp honey • 3 cloves garlic, minced • 3 tbsp soy sauce • 3 tbsp rice vinegar • 1½ tbsp sesame oil • 1 tbsp butter Garnish • green onions • sesame seeds Instructions 1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, eggs, soy sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Mix until the chicken is fully coated. 2. Add the cornstarch, flour, and baking powder. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated. 3. Cook the chicken. Air fryer: Preheat to 400°F. Cook for 8 minutes, flip the chicken, then cook another 4 minutes until crispy. Oven: Bake at 425°F for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through. 4. In a pan over medium heat, combine the gochujang, brown sugar, ketchup, honey, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Let it simmer for 3–4 minutes until thick, then turn off the heat and whisk in the butter. 5. Add the crispy chicken to a bowl and pour in about ½ cup of the sauce. Prepare your dumpling filling in a bowl and mix well. 2. Make dumpling balls. About 1” in diameter. 3. In a 12” pan, heat up neutral oil on medium heat. 4. Add in pork balls. Cook for 1min. 5. Add on dumplings wrappers 6. Add water. Then cover and cook for 5-7min or until pork is cooked. 7. Top with soy sauce, chili oil, and green onions. Cheers!

Just real food that works Ingredients -Silken tofu: 1 block -Eggs: 2 -Chopped green onions -White sesame seeds Sauce -Soy sauce: 1 tbsp -Chili oil or chili sauce: 2 tbsp -Sugar: 1 tsp -Sesame oil: 1 tsp -Minced garlic: 4 cloves Instructions 1. Beat the eggs in a small bowl. In another bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients. 2. Heat oil in a pan. Carefully add the tofu (hot oil may splatter), then pour the beaten eggs around the tofu. 3. Gently score the tofu with a knife or spatula to help it absorb flavor. 4. Pour in the sauce, cover the pan, and simmer over low heat until the eggs are set. You can gently shake the pan or lightly push the eggs with a spatula to help the egg mixture set evenly. 5. Finish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
