Instead of sharing permanent credentials (which can be stolen or misused), AWS creates short-lived permissions that exist only for a limited time. The user gets access → completes the task → permission expires automatically. ✅ No hardcoded keys ✅ Reduced security risk ✅ Controlled and time-bound access ✅ Best practice used in real production systems Real world? Just like giving someone a temporary entry pass instead of handing over your main keys. Small security decisions like this are what separate beginner architectures from production-ready cloud systems. Learning daily. Building consistency.
