Anti Histamine Smoothie for allergy season - In my last post I gave you a list of foods that can help support you during allergy season. In this post I want to show you how you can incorporate those foods. What goes in the smoothie: Watercress (1 handful) - start with half if you’re not use to the taste Moringa Powder (1 tsp) Small handful of grapes 1 cup nettle tea cooled 1/2 a peach 2 Brazil nuts Blend all the ingredient and enjoy. Lovely with a little ice. Other ways you can incorporate the foods from my last post: 1- Add morninga to any smoothie smoothie 2- Add moringa to pesto. 3- Snack on an apple and some Brazil nuts 4- Add a couple of Brazil nuts to your porridge 5- Make tea with nettle and galangal 6- Have chamomile tea at night - calming too 7- Use turmeric in foods whenever you can (soups, smoothies, curries, everything) 8- Use onions in the base of your cooking 9- Have your vitamin D levels checked 10- Aim to be having 30 grams of fibre weekly and a variety of 30-40 different plant foods 11- Include greens like watercress on the side of your meal 12- Chop up a peach and have it with your porridge or as a snack What’s your favourite way to incorporate antihistamine foods?
