MADo you know that if you plant avocado for export, one acre can comfortably give you ₦7–9 million every year once the trees are mature.
Not once. Every year. And the trees can keep producing for 30 to 50 years.
That means one acre can quietly push out over ₦200–₦300 million in its lifetime if managed well. That’s not motivation talk, that’s how tree crops work.
Imagine owning over 10 acres of Avocado's trees fully funded and nurtured. That is a huge massive return of lifetime investment.
Why this money dey there? Because avocado is not just food. Abroad, avocado is used for everything. People eat it daily for health. Hospitals recommend it. Fitness people can’t do without it.
