CLAny @burgaofficial users here? Can you help confirm if this is normal? For the price we’re paying, this kind of quality just doesn’t feel acceptable to me.

Unfortunately, this specific collection is often unavailable or out of stock through your official Thai partners (425 Degrees). When I saw that this merchant had the exact collection I wanted in stock, it became my primary reason for choosing them.
Living in Thailand, ordering directly from your global website involves long international shipping times and potential customs complications. This merchant offered local shipping with a 2-day delivery guarantee, which is highly convenient for customers who need protection for their devices immediately.
The most critical factor was that the merchant explicitly claimed in writing that they "always request permission from @burgaofficial brand" to sell officially in Thailand. Because they had the stock I wanted and promised fast delivery, I trusted their claim of being an authorized partner. I believed I was receiving a genuine, brand-new BURGA product supported by the brand.
I still love BURGA products, but this experience highlights the need for better monitoring of "grey market" sellers who claim to have your permission. What a broken heart.
