TAFluffy Vanilla Buttercream✨
I honestly didn’t expect this buttercream to turn out this good but here we are
I piped it, flipped it upside down and it didn’t even move
It’s so stable, so fluffy and actually easy to make
If buttercream has stressed you out before, trust me, this one will make your life so much easier
I had so much fun making it and I really feel like this is the recipe I’ll keep going back to
Ingredients in grams
Butter 150 g
Icing sugar 200 g
White chocolate 80 g
Milk or cream 10 to 20 g
Vanilla 3 g
Method
1. Whip the butter until it turns pale and fluffy, soft butter works best because cold butter won’t whip properly and melted butter makes it runny
2. Add icing sugar in two parts and mix well, sifting it and whipping properly helps avoid that gritty texture
3. Make a quick white chocolate ganache, let it cool slightly so it doesn’t melt the butter, then pour it in with vanilla and mix until smooth and creamy
4. Chill the buttercream for about an hour to help it set and become perfectly pipeable
