To get maximum energy output on this movement; start with the standard 41” mini band, fold It in half, and run It through the handle of the kettlebell. The crucial part of this is taking one end and looping It through to tie It off on the handle. When you place It on the and the mini band is too long, wrap one section of the band around the bar. Then twist the kettlebell to wind up the behind. No lockout, no resting... just uninterrupted, honest tension. We use this as a finisher often, but it also has two very distinct lanes: High-rep work (15–20+): builds endurance, dynamic stability, and helps clean up subtle shoulder issues.
