Beef Stew Recipe 🥘👩‍🍳 -Bring Pot with Vegetable oil to Medium Heat -2 lbs eye of round beef or chuck stew meat cubed -Seasoned to taste with Garlic Powder, Salt & Pepper, and 1 tbsp Montreal steak seasoning  -Sautéed in pot on medium and transferred after to a dish to let marinate  Mirepoix Ingredients:  -Vegetable Oil -1 onion diced  -4 carrots cubed -4 celery cubed -Salt & Pepper -Soften on medium heat for 10 minutes then add -1 tbsp minced garlic or 4 cloves garlic -1/2 cup tomato paste Heat on Medium and stir for 2 minutes then add: -8 cups bone beef broth -1 1/2 cup red wine Add Meat back in: -2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce -2 Bay leaves -1 tsp ground thyme -Salt & Pepper Bring to a Boil and then let simmer for 45 minutes and then add: -1 lbs baby potatoes cut in half and let simmer for 15 minutes -Add 1 bag frozen sweet peas  -Remove Bay Leaves If you need to thicken broth: -1/4 cup corn starch -1/4 cup hot water Pour into stew, stir and boil for 1 minute and let simmer #cookingvideo #beefstew #stewrecipe #fallrecipes #thegoldenbachelorette

I make this once a week and it is always a favorite. Here is my recipe! Ingredients • 2–3 lbs beef, cubed • 5 carrots, chopped • 5 pieces celery, chopped • 1 yellow onion, chopped • 12 garlic cloves, chopped • 2 lbs mini yellow potatoes, halved • 1/4 cup olive oil • 1 stick butter • 10 cups beef broth • 3 tablespoons Gravy Master • 1/2 cup pepperoncini pepper juice • 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary • 1/4 cup cornstarch Seasoning for the beef • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt Instructions Season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and seasoning salt. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium high heat. Add the beef and brown on all sides. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside. Add the butter, then add the carrots, celery, onion, and garlic (do not add the potatoes yet). Cook until the butter is melted and the vegetables begin to soften and lightly brown. Return the beef to the pan and pour in the beef broth. Bring to a gentle simmer, cover, and cook on low for 45 minutes. Add the potatoes, rosemary, Gravy Master, and pepperoncini juice. Cover and continue cooking on low for another 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with a few ladles of broth until smooth. Stir the mixture back into the stew and cook for an additional 10 minutes, until thickened. I like to add dumplings to my beef stew but that is optional! To make the dumplings I mix 2 cups biscuit mix and 1 cup of milk. Spoon the mix on top of the stew and cook for an additional 5 minutes, turning the dumplings half way. slow cooked beef stew - healthy winter warmers Ingredients: 4 potatoes 2 carrots One onion Half a joint of beef brisket 500ml stock 3 bay leaves Salt & pepper - chop the potatoes, carrots and onion and place into the slow cooker. Add the beef and pour over the stock (make it up before or just add the water and stock cubes straight in). Add the bay leaves and seasoning and leave on low for 7 hours (or high for 4/5). - remove the beef and shred, and add 4tbsp gravy granules to the stock in the slow cooker! Stir and return the beef back into the dish! - serve with some crusty bread 😋

Classic Beef Stew TIPS ⬇️ I have been making a variation of beef stew for over a decade. Here’s what I learned 1. You can use Roma tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, grape tomatoes, beef steak tomatoes - it all boils down the same. So use what you have on hand! 2. You can use a Yukon potato, baby potatoes, multi colored potatoes. Sweet potatoes if you like. You don’t have to sweat the small details. 3. The holy trinity - onions, celery and carrots are a non negotiable must!!! 4. Always buy the whole chuck and cut it up yourself. Dont buy the pre cut stuff. Having a bit of fat on the chuck is important. So don’t get the chuck that has none. 5. You can use whatever you have - bell pepper, yucca root, zucchini, corn, green beans, etc. the timing of when you add specific vegetables is what matters. 6. Getting a good sear on your chuck is important. I always use @getgraza and @amsalt.co for this step. 7. To really deepen the flavor of the stew you can add 1 tbsp of FISH SAUCE. I know crazy, but IYKYK. 8. Once the stew is done, chop in so many herbs like parsley, cilantro, green onions, chives. It brings in such a freshness to the finished dish. 9. LAST TIP - always balance out the savory with a little sweet. My secret to amazing beef stew is a sprinkle of sugar. About 1 tbsp! You have to trust me with this. Beef chuck roast usually 2-3lbs Potatoes (Yukon or baby) 4 celery stalks, sliced 4 carrots, sliced 1 large onion, diced 4 tomatoes (Roma, beef steak, etc) 3 tbsp tomato paste 3 tbsp minced garlic 3 tbsp worchestershire sauce 3 tbsp soy sauce 3 bay leaves Beef broth to cover Salt and pepper to taste
