Which one hits hardest? 👇🏽 ① Stop waiting for an hour. If you can’t find 10 minutes, you’re not busy… you’re avoiding. ② 10–15 minutes daily beats 60 minutes “sometimes.” Consistency builds results. Intensity feeds your ego. ③ Yoga alone isn’t enough as you age. If you’re not strength training, you’re losing muscle. Period. ④ Two strength days a week is enough. You don’t need more… you need to actually do it. ⑤ Stop restarting every Monday. You don’t need a reset. You need rhythm. ⑥ Your routine should fit your life. Not the other way around. ⑦ Burnout isn’t discipline. If you can’t sustain it, it’s not a system. ⑧ You don’t need more motivation. You need something simple enough to repeat. ⑨ Mobility + strength = longevity Not one. Not the other. Both. ⑩ 10 minutes. Every day. Build from there. That’s how this works. — If consistency has always been your struggle… this is exactly why I built my Feel Good mini course It shows you how to make yoga fit into your life so you actually stick with it Comment FEEL GOOD and I’ll send it to you 👇🏽

You don’t become fluent in a language by dabbling once a week. You learn through consistency and repetition…and keeping the streak. Your body is no different. It needs attention to basics, small adjustments over time, but consistency is what matters the most. I’ve seen the stiffest of people make the biggest changes just by being consistent. Most aren’t disconnected from their body. They’re just not fluent in it. Years of sitting. Stress. Old injuries. Compensation patterns. You can function like that for a long time. You can even look “fit.” But under load? Under fatigue? The weaknesses will show up. Yoga, when it’s taught properly, slows everything down. You learn where your joints are in space. You learn how to stack them. You learn how to breathe while doing it. You can’t hide in old patterns. You can’t rush through it. And that’s where trust builds. Fluency builds confidence. Confidence builds freedom. If you’re tired of guessing what your body needs, LBY is where we build fluency properly. Not random. Not reactive. Structured. And that’s what changes everything. If you wake up every morning at 5am to step on the mat, practice consistently for 2 hours, but still feel like you're not going anywhere… read this. Because the truth is: Time on the mat is not what creates progression. Intentional practice does. You can practice every day for years and still stay on the surface of the work. Not because you lack discipline. But because nobody ever taught you how to refine your practice. Most practitioners repeat sequences. Sun salutations. Standing postures. Backbends. Hip openers. Again and again. But repetition alone doesn't create depth. If awareness is missing, you simply reinforce the same patterns: the same way you breathe, the same way you compensate, the same way you escape discomfort instead of meeting it. And eventually practice starts to feel… stagnant. Not because yoga stopped working. But because the practice was never meant to be mechanical. Real transformation in practice happens when you start to: • slow down enough to actually feel what is happening in your body • stay inside postures long enough to observe your reactions • refine subtle details that completely change the experience of the pose • cultivate attention, not just movement That’s when practice stops being something you do and becomes something you inhabit. This is the kind of work I explore with the women who practice with me privately. A space where we slow things down, refine, observe, and rebuild the practice so it actually supports your evolution. If you feel like you've been putting in the time but something is still missing, send me a DM with the word PRACTICE and I’ll share how we can work together.

•T r a n s i t i o n s• Many people can do these poses… Just not like this 🙌 It’s not that they’re easy. They take strength, balance, awareness But the real challenge? Moving between them ♾️ Transitions!! That’s where people lose control That’s where the practice gets exposed That’s the part almost no one trains Because doing a pose in isolation is very different to arriving there with control Watch it again and notice the transitions That’s the work👌 Save this if you’re ready to level up your practice _______________________>>…<<________________

🧘‍♀️ Balance is not something you find, it’s something you create ⚖️ 🌱 Consistency over Intensity: Showing up for 10 minutes every day beats a two-hour session once a month. It builds neurological pathways that make movement a reflex rather than a chore. 🌱 Mind-Body Dialogue: Daily practice helps you notice subtle physical shifts—like a tight shoulder or shallow breathing—allowing you to address stress before it manifests as pain. 🌱 Momentum of Discipline: Proving to yourself that you can keep a small promise every morning builds self-trust that carries over into your work and relationships. 🌱 The Emotional Anchor: The mat becomes a safe space where you don’t have to “perform.” It’s a predictable sanctuary that lowers cortisol levels before the world starts asking things of you. #practice #yoga #consistency #instagram #trendingreel

If you still think backbends are impossible… maybe no one ever showed you the steps that actually make sense. I don’t create sequences to impress, I build them so your body can arrive. Even if you’re new, the intention is that everyone can access at least 80% of the practice—feel something shift, and leave more connected than when they started. Everything is layered with intention. Not random poses, not chasing peak shapes—but a progression that meets you where you are and gradually takes you deeper. That’s how I keep classes accessible, while still meaningful for every level in the room. #integratedwellness #progressoverperfection #yogasequencing #yogatutorial #dailyroutine

!! CONSISTENCY IS KEY !! be honest - how many times did you hear or read these words and thought: 😣🫣🥸😵‍💫 we need to rethink consistency, when it comes to our Yoga Practice. here in the west and in this modern „physical“ world we need to remember, what Yoga really is: a philosophy - a concept of life How consistent are you living your daily live in yogic terms? Following your Dharma for example, being kind to others, practicing non-attachment, listening deeply, taking care of your loved ones? The consistency in rolling out your mat and practicing your physical Sadhana will come the moment you see how consistent you already are in the other, subtler practices. It will help you increase your discipline and your joy in Yogasana.

DISCLAIMER: please, read it all before upsetting 😉 I’ll say the quiet part out loud. If your goal is flexibility tricks, impressive shapes, or looking “advanced” on the mat — you’re not practicing yoga. You’re training performance. Going to random, fast, flowy classes hoping they’ll magically give you splits or handstands will not make you feel more at home in your body. It will do the opposite. Because here’s the truth nobody likes to hear: Those things take years of consistent, intelligent, patient practice. And most people aren’t willing to be beginners long enough to get there. So instead, they rush. They skip foundations. They copy shapes. They force their bodies. They call themselves “advanced” because they feel fit. But they can’t distinguish left from right. They don’t know what they’re stabilizing. They don’t know why they’re in a pose. They don’t feel anything — except frustration. Yoga was never meant to be about extreme postures. And connection does not come from difficulty. Real connection is built in “basic” poses, done slowly. With attention. With humility. With presence. Standing poses. Simple movements. Intentional transitions. Breath you can actually feel. That’s where awareness is trained. That’s where safety is built. That’s where the nervous system learns to trust. If you can’t be present in something simple, you won’t magically find presence upside down. The most powerful practice is not the most impressive one. It’s the one where you actually feel yourself. If this triggers you — good. It means you know, deep down, this is true.

There’s a quiet kind of power in moving with control. Not rushed, not forced — just intentional. Every transition carries focus, every hold reflects discipline, and every second on the mat becomes a conversation between strength and awareness. It’s not about performing the pose, it’s about owning the moment inside it. As a yoga teacher these are 3 things that help me stay consistent: 💛Small practices Sometimes it’s 10 minutes. Sometimes it’s breath, mobility or a few poses. Small practices keep the relationship with my body alive. 🔥Strength training Yoga feels stronger, safer and more supported when my body is strong. Strength work also reminds me that my body needs more than just yoga. 🌝 Rest Days A gentle movement practice for the days yoga isn’t it Walks, mobility, light strength, breathwork. Movement that meets me where I am instead of forcing a practice. Consistency isn’t about discipline. It’s about having different doors you can walk through depending on the day. If you want access to the practices I use inside my routine 👇 Comment “POWER” and I’ll send you access to Power Within. A growing library of yoga, strength, mobility and nervous-system friendly practices you can come back to anytime.

For years I thought if I just kept practicing… the poses would eventually happen. Crow. Handstand. Presses. Jump backs. I assumed time and consistency would naturally lead to progress. (I mean, maybe it will, but if it does, it’s very slowly) But at some point I realized something that changed everything for me. Practicing yoga… is not the same thing as training for yoga. A lot of yoga practices focus on movement, flexibility, and flowing through sequences. And that’s beautiful. But poses like arm balances, inversions, jump backs, and controlled transitions require something very specific: Strength. Compression. Control. And if you’re not intentionally training those things… it’s completely possible to practice yoga for years and still feel stuck. Once I started treating my practice like training instead of just practice… everything changed. My balance improved. Transitions felt lighter. Poses that once felt impossible started making sense. Not because I practiced longer. Because I started training the mechanics behind the poses. And that perspective shift completely changed how I approach yoga. Now I’m able to do things I NEVER thought I could. In my yoga practice AND in my life. Which is so empowering to witness that shift! If you want help building the strength and mechanics behind the poses, send me a DM. I’m happy to help.
