🍑The TOP TIPS to GROW your glutes🍑 1. Schedule at least one or two glute workouts per week. ONLY glutes, NOT glutes WITH hammies, of glutes WITH calves, or workouts such as "lower body workouts". ONLY GLUTES 2. Plan your workout BEFORE going to the gym, especially if you don't know what to do. Use Pinterest to look up different glute exercises and create your own workout. 3. Avoid doing your usual exercises. Try something NEW and give it your all! 4. USE A BOOTY BAND when doing exercises such as thrusts and goblet squats. Basically for whatever you could possible use it for. And use a booty band that has GOOD RESISTANCE. Mine is from @botthms. Trust me, IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE! 5. Don't be scared to lift heavier! 6. ENJOY the burn and the workout and try not to think negatively about it, especially if you're busy working out.
