Join me for a donation-based breathwork session - created for anyone who’s ready to come back home to their body. Breathwork isn’t just about slowing down.
It’s about releasing stored emotions - the grief, laughter, tension, or tears your body’s been quietly holding onto. During this session, you’ll be guided to move through what needs to be felt so you can come out feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected. 🕯️ What you’ll need:
– A comfy space to lay down
– An eye mask (optional)
– A pillow (to scream into if needed 😌)
– Your breath, your body, and your willingness to feel If you’re joining from my High Homie community, this practice will help you move through the emotions that surface when you take space from old habits. I don’t recommend smoking before, unless you truly feel intuitively called to. You can keep your camera off if that feels safer, but I always love seeing real faces - it reminds me we’re all just human, breathing through it together. Info in my stories 🫶🏼

And since using breath as a tool It’s helped me physically emotionally and mentally too. 1. I used breathwork to move through my asthma - I no longer need to take my inhalers. 2. Whenever I feel overwhelmed sad happy mad any kinda feels it really helps me flow through them express them and feel them in the right way and whenever my mind gets the best of me a few deep real breaths can change my entire mindset. Such a simple thing we can take for granted. SO USE BREATH IN ALL ITS GLORIES 💛 #meditation #positivequotes #positivevibes
