Even if they’re putting people at risk, any intentional contact from you may turn you into the liable party. Don’t let someone else’s reckless stunt become your legal problem. The point of the video was to not let anger control your actions. Yes, the biker may be at fault — but Florida is a modified comparative fault state. If you kick him or hit him with your car, he falls, hits his head - dies or gets seriously injured, and a jury decides you’re more than 50% responsible — you can be liable. Even if he started it, an overreaction or disproportionate response can flip the whole situation on you legally. #floridalawyer #bikemaxxing #roadsafety #carcrash
