If you knew what I knew. You’d go hard too. So here is the secret 🔑 One of my favourite methods of losing weight that I recommend to my clients is treadmill sprints. Anything from 10-25 minutes depending on how much time you have. I set my pace at the below speed but essentially any pace that is 100% of your max sprint is what you will aim for because you will recover for a long period of time after. 20 secs @ 23 km/h 40 secs @ 0 km/h rest x 20 mins For best results: + Aim to do this 1-2 times per week + 1 low impact cardio session: 30-60 mins stairmaster + 2 weight training sessions per week + Ensure you’re in a calorie deficit but eating enough carbs & protein to fuel your training for optimal results. 💯 Contact me about online coaching if you want to get results & need some guidance & accountability.
