Instead, give an answer that shows what positive impacts accountability brings you, here is an example:
“Accountability is key for any role. I ensure that I am clear on my objectives and what is required of me, set achievable, trackable, and time-bound goals, have regular check-ins with my line manager and team to ensure that we are working in alignment, and make use of digital tools available to clearly communicate with the team.”
