OF“Growing up in Indore, I dreamt of the day I’d be on screen. So at 22, when I finally got that opportunity, I was determined to make the most of it. The 2 years that I was in Mumbai were a dream! I was making my mark in the industry.
But as Covid hit and the country went into lockdown, the shoot halted. Soon enough, I was out of work. I didn’t have a choice, but to pack up and go back home. I felt lost and alone.
That’s when content creation came to my rescue – it helped me showcase my craft again. I received a lot of love for my content, and for my character ‘Chhoti jiji’, but I never thought it would open new doors for me. Then last year, a casting agency DMed me asking if I’d like to work with Harsh Limbachiya – it was an obvious yes. Life took a turn once again, I began shooting with Harsh and Bharti, and as we made people laugh, somewhere, I found myself again. Truly, life surprises you in the best ways – who would’ve thought my big break was just a DM away?”
