In a bowl, combine mashed potatoes, chicken, cheese, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, parsley, and cornstarch. Mix until the mixture is smooth and holds together easily. 2. Take portions of the mixture and shape into small logs or patties. 3. Place shaped croquettes on a plate. 4. Cheesy chicken and potato tray bake Ingredients For the chicken 2 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into small cubes Salt to taste 1 tsp black pepper 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp smoked paprika powder 1 tsp red chili flakes 2 tbsp oil for cooking 1 tsp freshly chopped garlic 1 cup mixed bell peppers, diced 1 yellow onion, diced 1/2 cup unsweetened heavy whipping cream 2 tbsp cream cheese For the potatoes: 4-5 large russet potatoes Salt to taste 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 tsp coriander, dried To assemble: 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded Instructions In a bowl, combine the chicken with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and red chili flakes. Mix well to coat evenly.Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 8–10 minutes, or until fully cooked and lightly browned.Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the diced onion and bell pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly softened. Add the heavy cream and cream cheese. Mix well and simmer for 2–3 minutes until creamy and combined. Remove from heat and set aside. Boil the peeled and chopped potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (about 15–20 minutes). Drain well. Mash thoroughly using a potato ricer or masher until smooth. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chopped coriander. Mix well to combine. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking tray lightly with oil. Scoop mashed potatoes and form them into balls. Place them on the baking tray and gently press the center of each ball to create a well. Fill each well with the creamy chicken mixture. Top generously with shredded mozzarella cheese. They were insanely delicious and definitely a must try. . Ingredients. . 500g chicken breast, diced
80g pepperoni, chopped, i used @properoni_uk crumble 
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic granules
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste 1 onion, diced 2 peppers, diced 
2 tsp garlic purée
1 tbsp tomato purée
300g passata
½ tsp dried oregano
3 large tortilla wraps, cut in half - i used @missionwrapsuk_
2 tbsp tomato purée (for topping sauce)
½ tsp dried oregano (for topping sauce)
1 tbsp hot water 120g mixed grated cheese (mozzarella, cheddar or pizza blend), plus extra for topping 20g pepperoni for topping- i used @properoni_uk
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Hot honey, to drizzle (optional) . Place a large frying pan over a medium-high heat and spray with oil. Add the chicken and chopped pepperoni with the smoked paprika, garlic granules, oregano, salt and pepper. Cook for 4–5 minutes until cooked through. Then add in the onion and peppers and cook until soft. Stir in the garlic purée, tomato purée and passata. Add the extra oregano and simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from the heat. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan). Lay the wrap halves flat. Spoon the chicken mixture into the middle of each wrap and sprinkle over a little cheese. Fold both sides in to create a cone shape. Place the cones seal-side down in a round ovenproof dish so they form a circle. Mix the topping tomato purée, oregano and hot water. Spoon a little over each wrap. Top with the remaining cheese and extra pepperoni. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden and bubbling. Finish with fresh parsley and a drizzle of hot honey if you like. . Calories- 368 (per slice) Protein- 32.2

These parcels are super easy and incredibly delicious! Full recipe below 👇 Ingredients • 2 tbsp oil • 1 tbsp garlic • 1 kg boneless chicken Spices • 1 tbsp chilli flakes • 1 tbsp garlic powder • ½ tbsp black pepper • 1 tbsp tikka masala • 1 tbsp oregano • 2 tbsp soy sauce Vegetables • 1 cup capsicum • ½ cup jalapeños (optional) • ½ cup olives Creamy Sauce • ½ cup cream • ¼ cup ketchup • 1 cup cheese • Samosa sheets Detailed Recipe Heat oil in a pan and add garlic. Fry for a minute. Add boneless chicken and cook until the chicken starts turning white. Add chilli flakes, garlic powder, black pepper, tikka masala, oregano and soy sauce. Mix well and cook until the chicken becomes tender. Add capsicum, jalapeños and olives. Mix well. Add cream and ketchup and cook for a minute. Now add cheese and mix until the filling becomes creamy and thick. Take two samosa sheets, add the chicken filling in the center and fold them into parcels as shown in the video. Fry until golden and crispy. My family loves this one and my kids are always asking for the cheesy chicken rice, so it is perfect for a simple reel from the mixing bowl shot to that bubbly, golden first scoop. Ingredients: 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced 1 1/2 cups uncooked long grain white rice, rinsed 2 1/2 cups chicken broth 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom or more cream of chicken 1 cup milk or half and half 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar or cheddar jack, divided 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella (optional) 1 small yellow onion, finely diced (optional) 1 cup frozen peas and carrots or mixed veggies 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1 tsp salt, plus more to taste 1/2 tsp black pepper Cooking spray for the dish Instructions: Heat oven to 375 F (190 C). Spray a 9 by 13 inch baking dish. In a large bowl whisk chicken broth, both soups, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Stir in rinsed rice, frozen veggies, onion if using, 1 cup cheddar, and mozzarella. Fold in the cooked chicken. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and spread it out evenly, making sure the rice is pushed down into the liquid.
