Using @chosenfoods Classic Mayo and 100% Pure Avocado Oil makes this chipotle chicken wrap extra creamy and juicy #chosenpartner Ingredients (3-4 wraps) 1️⃣ Chipotle Chicken Marinade • 2 large chicken breasts (about 600 g / 1.3 lb), sliced into strips • 3–4 chipotle peppers in adobo • 4 garlic cloves • 1 small onion (about 100 g / 1 cup chopped) • 1 tbsp Chosen Foods Classic Mayo • 2 tbsp (30 g / 1/8 cup) Greek yogurt • Juice of 1/2 lime Seasoning : paprika (1 tbsp), chili (1 tsp),garlic powder (1 tsp), cumin (1 tsp) • Salt to taste • Black pepper to taste 2️⃣ Creamy Chipotle Sauce • Half of the prepared marinade (reserve before adding chicken) • 2 tbsp (30 g / 2 tbsp) Chosen Foods Classic Mayo Mix the reserved marinade with additional mayo until smooth and creamy. 3️⃣ Fresh Crunchy Salad • 1 red onion (about 150 g / 1 cup thinly sliced) • 1 medium cucumber (about 200 g / 1 1/2 cups diced) • 1 red bell pepper (about 150 g / 1 cup diced) • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (about 15 g), chopped • 1 tbsp (21 g / 1 tbsp) honey • Juice of 1/2 lemon (about 1 tbsp / 15 ml) • 1 tbsp (15 ml / 1 tbsp) Chosen Foods 100% Pure Avocado Oil • Salt to taste 4️⃣ Assembly • 3–4 large lavash breads (about 300 g / 10 oz total) Optional: French fries inside Instructions: 1. Make the marinade Blend chipotle peppers, garlic, onion, Chosen Foods Classic Mayo, Greek yogurt, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth. 2. Marinate the chicken Coat sliced chicken with half of the marinade (reserve the rest). Refrigerate up to 2 hours for best flavor. 3. Cook the chicken Heat a skillet with a drizzle of Chosen Foods Avocado Oil. Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. 4. Make the sauce Mix the reserved marinade with 2 tbsp mayo. Adjust salt and lime to taste. 5. Prepare the salad Toss red onion, cucumber, bell pepper, and parsley with honey, lemon juice, avocado oil, and salt. 6. Crispy chicken Caesar wrap toasted to golden perfection using @chosenfoods avocado oil, mayonnaise, and Caesar dressing. #ChosenPartner Ingredients For the chicken: 1 lb boneless chicken breast, halved lengthwise and pounded to even thickness Salt to taste 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tsp smoked paprika powder 1 tsp black pepper powder Chosen foods avocado Oil for frying For the dry batter: 1 cup all-purpose flour 2 tbsp corn starch Salt to taste 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tsp smoked paprika powder 1 tsp black pepper powder For the egg wash 2 eggs 1/4 cup water For the panko breadcrumbs 2 cups panko breadcrumbs 1 tbsp dried parsley For the Caesar sauce: 1 cup mayonnaise 1 tsp Worcestershire 1 tbsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp black pepper Salt to taste 1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed 1-2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil For the Caesar salad: 2 cup lettuce 1/2 cup chosen foods Caesar dressing 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese To assemble: 4 large tortillas Method Pat the chicken dry and lay them flat. Sprinkle salt, pepper, smoked paprika powder, and garlic powder evenly on both sides. In a separate dish, mix all-purpose flour, corn starch, salt, pepper, smoked paprika powder, and garlic powder. In another dish, whisk together eggs and water. In a third dish, combine panko breadcrumbs and parsley. Coat the chicken in the dry batter, then dip it into the egg wash, and finally coat it with the panko breadcrumbs. Heat oil to 365°F and fry the chicken cutlets until they are golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Slice the chicken and set aside. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. In another bowl, make Caesar salad by combining lettuce, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Mix to combine. Assemble the wraps by taking a tortilla, adding the Caesar sauce, Caesar salad and chicken slices. Close the wrap and warm up for a bit. Serve warm and enjoy. #caesarwrap #crispychicken #recipe

🧀Viral Chicken Caesar salad I saw the most incredible Caesar salad posted at a restaurant in Charlotte and knew I had to make. Its topped with super finely shredded cheese - think tiny little snowflakes that just melt into your mouth. Combine that with cracker dust & the @chosenfoods Steakhouse Caesar dressing, just wow. The new Chosen Foods lineup of dressings and marinades are unreal. Made with 100% Pure Avocado Oil, great ingredients, and they taste amazing. Their Classic Ranch was my previous fav, but this one takes the top spot now. Here is how I made it: 1.Dice up 3/4 lb chicken & drizzle with 1/2 tbsp Chosen Foods Avocado Oil, season with a pinch of salt, pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, and 1/2 tsp sweet paprika. Mix well. Bring a pan to medium heat, add another 1/2 tbsp Chosen Foods Avocado Oil, the chicken, & let it cook undisturbed for 3-4 mins on the first side, flip, & cook for another 3-4 mins. 2.I used lowcarb cheddar crackers, but you can use any cracker or croutons. Lay out on a cookie sheet & pop into the oven at 350F for 10 mins, then set aside to cool. 3.Next, grab a bunch of Kale. Remove the leafs from the stems…this is key: no stems in a Kale salad, so dont use bagged. Just rip away the stems & finely chop. Add to a large bowl. 4.Add your Chosen Foods Steakhouse Caesar dressing. I used half the bottle to make sure its evenly coated. Massage into the kale… the acidity is going to help break down the fibers. This step is important (& fun!) 5.Grab a smaller serving dish, add half of the dressed Kale to the bowl. Add the chicken evenly, then add remaining Kale. 6.Grab 4oz parmesan cheese & the finest microplane grater you can find. This is key, you want the parmesan to be super finely shaved/grated into almost a snowflake or dust, & get ready for an arm workout. Spread evenly so its covering the entirety of the top. 7.Then dump the crackers into a food processor to turn into a dust, and spread on top of the cheese evenly before you dig in!
