Let’s get our kiddos to their spots for circle time in a fun, rhythm-based way that regulates their little bodies! 🎶🥁 Start with the first rhyme: “circle time, circle time everybody find your seat circle time, circle time we move to the beat” “10! 9! ….” and continue the countdown however works best, maybe it’s slower or faster. Children can clap along or stomp their feet to get there, or they can count down aloud with you. When we’re in our spots: “circle time, circle time everyone is in their seat circle time, circle time now it’s time to breathe” Long breaths in and out (at least one, but do as many as you like to create a peaceful and calm atmosphere). 💕 Tag someone who needs this! ✨ #kidsmindfulness #kidsyoga #kidsmovement #kidsmusic #rhythm
