My fav preppy kitchen cookies🤤
Recipe:
2 cups all-purpose flour (240g)
2 teaspoons cornstarch
¾ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
14 @oreo cookies (160g)
10 tablespoons unsalted butter(140g), room temperature
4 ounces cream cheese (113g), room temperature
¾ cup granulated sugar (150g)
¼ cup packed light brown sugar (55g)
1 large egg room temperature
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
¾ cup white chocolate chips(135g) divided
Crema together the butter and sugar. Add the sugars and mix until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla. Mix again. Fold in the dry ingredients then add in the Oreos and white chocolate.
You can chill these in the fridge or bake them immediately.
Bake at 350 F for 11-13 min depending on how big they are

Ingredients:
- 160g unsalted butter, softened (2/3 cup + 2 teaspoons)
- 50g granulated sugar (1/4 cup)
- 120g light brown sugar (1/2 cup + 2 teaspoons)
- 1 large egg + 1 large egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 220g all purpose flour (1 cup + 3/4 cup)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 5 classic Oreos, very finely chopped
- 5 classic Oreos, roughly chopped up
- 100g Hersheys Cookies and Cream choclate, chopped up (2/3 cup)
Instructions:
1. Mix together the softened butter with the brow sugar and the granulated sugar until smooth.
2. Then mix in the egg, the egg yolk and the vanilla
3. Next, add the flour, baking soda and the finely chopped Oreo crumbs. Mix until just combined.
4. Lastly, fold in the chopped up Oreos and the chocolate.
5. Scoop 12 cookies onto a tray lined with parchment paper.
6. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
7. Preheat your oven to 180•C.
8. Place the cookie balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving space between them.
9. Optionally, top with more Oreos and chocolate.
10. Bake for 12 minutes.
11. Once ready, let them cool on a wire rack.
12. Enjoy.

Strawberries & Cream Dirt Cups
8 oz original Cool Whip
3 tbs strawberry Jell-O mix
Oreos
Fresh strawberries
Add 3 tablespoons of the Jell-O mix to the container of Cool Whip and stir until smooth. Transfer to a plastic bag, snip the corner, and pipe into the heart cups. Add 6-7 Oreos to a food processor and pulse until finely crumbled. Layer the crushed Oreos and strawberry cream into your cups, top with a freshly sliced strawberry, and enjoy!

SOOreo Pancake Bites with a cookies and cream dip 🤩🥞 This snack is absolutely PERFECT for pancake day!!
Instructions:
- Make up a Thick Pancake Batter
- Heat up a Non Stick Pan and spray it with cooking spray or add a tsp of butter
- Dip 2 Oreos in the pancake batter, ensuring they are fully coated, then add them to your pan and cover with a lid. Cook until you see small bubbles forming (around 2 mins), then flip. Cook for an additional 1-2 mins.
- Repeat this process until you have used up all the batter. One Pack of Oreos should be enough 😊
