I don’t get cycle awareness “right” all the time. Even as the founder of a hormonal health education company. I know right? 😝 This week I noticed my energy was lower…as in my luteal phase…and still tried to work like it wasn’t. Cos as an entrepreneur it can be hard sometimes, specially during the early stages of your business. But that’s not failure, that’s feedback and pure learning. We are humans!! And naturally because it’s a hot button topic right now, I touch on “cycle syncing your training,” how it’s most COMMONLY depicted, and why you SHOULDN’T stop resistance training altogether during your luteal phase.
