Topic: Cha Cha Cha—Preserving Authentic Latin Movement
Making sure that “Cuban Motion” (Figure 8 as opposed to “Twist Action”, which is very common and trendy nowadays) is the foundational body action in Cha Cha Cha requires a few things—
✅ Awareness that the body action is a “reaction” to foot pressure changes
✅ Primary pelvic and core muscles activated are internal as opposed to external muscles
✅ Using basic exercises such as combinations of time steps, side chasses, and cucarachas to increasing music tempo is very useful for training this concept

PULA GÉOMÉTRIE SACRÉE RENDUE VISIBLE?
Mouvement spontané, mouvement instinctif, danse soufie de tournoiement…
et si c’était juste la Vie qui nous traversait en toute liberté ?
J’observe les mouvements, cercles et ondulations qui me traversent…
Si j’ai fait 10 ans de danse classique 🩰 petite, les formes qui se manifestent là sont bien loin d’avoir toutes été apprises dans cette école du mouvement.
Des tournoiements émergent
Des mouvements semblables au Tai-Chi
Et quelque chose de brut qui ressemble plus à la danse contemporaine - traduction de l’e-motion (« énergie en mouvement)
Et… des pirouettes, pas chassés et entrechats🩰
J’observe tout ça avec curiosité et intérêt (d’autant que c’est filmé, donc je peux le voir).
Rien n’est voulu ni contrôlé.
Pourtant on retrouve les traces de codes et savoirs anciens qui semblent avoir été appris, oubliés, retrouvés.
Alors, je me dis que la danse et le mouvement libre sont un incroyable révélateur de nos mémoires passées - de cette vie ou des autres.
Car il est clair que je n’ai pas appris le Bharat Natyam ou le Kung-fu dans cette vie. Mais les mouvements sont là. D’où viennent-ils ?
Résurgence de savoirs anciens oui…
Et cela va même plus loin. Je me dis : ces codes appris, ces danses particulières, d’où viennent-elles ?
Est-ce que ce n’est pas l’expression de la Spirale de Vie pure qui crée toutes ces formes ? 🌀
Car le premier homme qui a créé le tournoiement, il a pas dit : « voici la danse soufie » d’un air très pompeux.
Il a tourné - point.
Il a ressenti la Béatitude - voilà.
Le premier moine qui a créé les mouvements de Kung-fu, il a pas proclamé très fort : « voici le manifeste du Kung-fu ». Il a bougé et dansé avec l’énergie et il a pensé : « voilà quelque chose qui fait circuler la force vitale dans tout mon corps, et me donne 2x plus d’énergie. » Il en a joui. Et il a continué. Point.
Alors, si notre corps devient suffisamment transparent et désencrassé pour capter le mouvement de la Force vitale (du Qi, du prana), il devient une antenne cosmo-tellurique capable de retranscrire dans le visible toutes les géométries sacrées contenues dans l’invisible.
Et - Vie - Danse💃 !
