If you’ve never made olive oil caramel, buckle up… This is the easiest & most delicious ever!! It’s like magic! 💫 Directions: Put equal parts* Olive Oil + pure maple syrup into a bowl and whisk! That’s it!! Optional: add a sprinkle of salt + a splash of alcohol free vanilla (don’t use regular vanilla it has alcohol (which cooks off when heated, but since this is raw - use alcohol free vanilla or skip), but it’s optional. And watch it turn into the creamiest, glow-worthy vegan, raw, antioxidant rich caramel. *You can measure or eyeball like I did (if not measuring use a low bowl to see that your amounts are pretty equal). Make just the amount you plan to use/serve. It comes together in a minute - so make it fresh each time. 🫶🏻 Oliveda is the best Olive oil I’ve ever had. It is organic from a biodynamic olive grove with century-old eco-certified mountain olive trees in Spain. And it tastes amazing! Perfect for a complete dinner that keeps my husband’s glucose stable and leaves us feeling super satisfied. INGREDIENTS: 🥬 Filling: 8 oz white button mushrooms, diced 1 lb ground chicken 3 green onions (white parts chopped for the filling, green parts for garnish) 4 large garlic cloves, minced 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce (or coconut aminos) ⅛ tsp sesame oil ⅛ tsp ginger powder 1 tsp salt (or to taste) Pinch of black pepper Avocado oil for cooking 🥢 Sauce: 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce 1 tbsp allulose 1 tsp rice vinegar ¼ tsp sesame oil ⅛ tsp garlic powder 1 tsp green onions (green parts), diced Pinch of black pepper ✨ For Assembly & Serving: 1 large Napa cabbage Sesame seeds and the green parts of the green onions for garnish Instructions: 1. FILLING: Heat a drizzle of avocado oil in a skillet. Add the diced mushrooms with a little salt and cook until they have released all their water. Add the white parts of the green onions and the garlic, and cook for another minute. Season with pepper, ginger powder, and soy sauce. Add the ground chicken and cook until it is well done. Remove from the heat and stir in the sesame oil. 2. CABBAGE: While the filling is cooking, boil the cabbage leaves in water for about 5-10 minutes, or until the white part is tender and bendy. Carefully remove them and pat them very dry with a paper towel. 3. ASSEMBLE & COOK: Place about 1 ½ tablespoons of filling on each cabbage leaf and roll it up. In a clean skillet over medium-high heat, pan-fry the rolls on all sides until golden brown. 4. SAUCE & SERVING: In a small bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients. Serve the rolls hot, pour the sauce over them, and garnish with the green parts of the green onions and sesame seeds.

Mix all the ingredients together to form a soft, non-sticky dough. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour. 2. Boil the potatoes, then mash them. Add the butter, salt, and milk, mixing well. 3. Once the dough has risen, divide it into three equal pieces. Shape each piece as shown in the video and place them on a baking tray. Roasted Carrots 10 peeled carrots cut into chunks 1 onion cut into chunks Season with Olive Oil, Garlic Powder, Salt, Pepper 2 ‘glugs’ of Maple Syrup 2 teaspoons Soy Sauce (I use Liquid Aminos or Coconut Aminos) Toss everything together on a 1/2 sheet pan, roast at 300ºF for 1 hour, then raise the temp to 425ºF for 20 minutes until the edges are slightly crisp/brown.
