Misschien kraakt je nek bij elke beweging, of merk je dat je hoofd naar één kant slechter draait. Dit komt vaak voor als je nekspieren gespannen zijn en je hoofd naar voren wordt getrokken. 📉 Het probleem: Wanneer je nekspieren te gespannen zijn, wordt je hoofd naar voren geduwd, wat je gewrichten blokkeert en je nek stijf maakt. Ook je schouderspieren spelen hier een grote rol in, want als ze gespannen zijn, beperken ze de beweging van je nek nog meer. 💡De oplossing: Deze oefening is dé sleutel om je schoudergewrichten en nek weer vrij te maken. Door je schouders te mobiliseren, geef je je nek de ruimte om weer goed te bewegen. Dit wordt vaak vergeten, maar het is essentieel naast je behandeling bij een fysio of osteopaat.
