Dev Fest was a vibe. I was exactly where I was meant to be — the Garden of Innovation. 🌱 I spoke about what happens when we have too many tabs open — not on our computers, but in our minds. About the mental load behind constant creation, and the quiet burnout that can come from brilliance. Because you can’t build the future if your brain keeps crashing. 🧠💻 And it reminded me once again of what I’ve always said: There should be a psychologist in every room. Every space where innovation, leadership, and strategy happen needs someone reminding us that the mind behind the mission matters.
