Slovensko dnes krátko pred 13:45 zasiahlo zemetrasenie, ktoré bolo citeľné aj v hlavnom meste. 🌍 Podľa informácií European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) malo zemetrasenie magnitúdu 4,6 a epicentrum sa nachádzalo približne 21 kilometrov juhovýchodne od Bratislavy, neďaleko Šamorína. Ohnisko otrasov bolo v hĺbke asi 10 kilometrov. Otrasy podľa ľudí na sociálnych sieťach pocítili aj v ďalších mestách na západe Slovenska a spomína sa Trnava, Sereď, Nové Zámky či Trenčín. Një tërmet me magnitudë 4.3 të shkallës Rihter është regjistruar këtë të martë në Shqipëri, duke u ndjerë në disa qytete të vendit. Sipas të dhënave të publikuara nga European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC), epiqendra e lëkundjes ishte pranë fshatit Rrasë, rreth 31 kilometra larg Elbasanit dhe 7 kilometra larg Lushnjës. Thellësia e tërmetit është regjistruar 10 kilometra. Lëkundjet janë ndjerë të forta nga banorët e zonave përreth, por deri më tani nuk raportohen dëme në njerëz apo dëme materiale. Autoritetet vijojnë monitorimin e situatës, ndërsa qytetarëve u rekomandohet të ndjekin njoftimet zyrtare në rast të zhvillimeve të mëtejshme.

EMSC attended the National Collegiate Emergency Medical Service Foundation (NCEMSF) Conference in Washington DC! 💙🚑 Our team had an incredible experience this weekend learning from workshop lectures, roundtable discussions, and skills sessions hosted by medical professionals, faculty, and collegiate EMS organizations from the West to East coasts. Not only have each of us grown as individual EMTs, but we’re taking back invaluable knowledge to expand our organization back at home at USC. VIDEÁ OD DIVÁKOV: Takto vyzerali otrasy na západe Slovenska Web EMSC označil miesto namerania zemetrasenia súradnicami, ktoré odkazujú na pole v blízkosti obce Kyselica neďaleko Šamorína. Predchádzajúce dáta odkazovali na vodné dielo Gabčíkovo. Zemetrasenie malo byť podľa EMSC v hĺbke 13 kilometrov o 13.44 h stredoeurópskeho času. Csicsay pre TASR uviedol, že namerané údaje automatickými prístrojmi ešte musí prezrieť seizmológ. Obyvateľka Šamorína Diana pre TASR opísala, že otrasy boli intenzívne asi počas desiatich sekúnd. Mala pocit, akoby veľmi blízko spadlo lietadlo. “Triasol sa nám celý dom a nábytok, spolu s priateľom sme vyšli von, kde sme stretli aj ostatných susedov,” uviedla. Otrasy bolo cítiť aj v Bratislave. Ľudia cítili, ako sa im trasú sedačky, písacie stoly či monitory. Hasiči pre TASR potvrdili že vykonávajú prieskum v okolí Šamorína na základe volaní.

🚨 According to data from major agencies collecting information on earthquakes worldwide—USGS, ISC, IRIS, EMSC, VolcanoDiscovery etc.—there has been an exponential increase in the number of both low- and high-magnitude earthquakes since 1995. 🙅‍♂️ This phenomenon cannot be explained by an increase in the number of sensors or improvements in earthquake detection accuracy. The global network of seismic sensors capable of detecting all earthquakes with a magnitude above 4 has been in place since 1972. 🌏 Additionally, since 1995 earthquakes have started occurring in atypical locations. ⚠️ Today, every person on Earth may experience an earthquake, regardless of where they are. This poses a significant threat to life and health, as there are very few regions in the world capable of withstanding strong earthquakes. Moreover, even if you live in a seismically resistant building, you may find yourself outside during an earthquake. 📚 Therefore, it is crucial to know how to act during an earthquake. I strongly recommend studying official guidelines on earthquake safety and preparing an 🎒EMERGENCY GO-BAG with essential supplies for at least three days. You can find recommendations for its contents on specialized resources. ☝️ Each family member should have their own emergency go-bag stored in an easily accessible location. If you travel by car, keep a duplicate bag in your vehicle at all times. If you do not use a car, carry a minimal emergency kit with you whenever possible. 📲 It is also important to install mobile applications that provide alerts about natural disasters in your region. However, if no official warning is issued but you notice clear signs of an earthquake, take immediate action to protect yourself and those around you. 🙏 IMPORTANT!!! Please do not focus solely on helping your loved ones, especially if they are far away. While you rush to another part of the city to assist your family, someone near you may be in urgent need of help. Pay attention to those around you. By doing so, you increase the chances that someone nearby will also assist your loved ones in their time of need. Stay safe. 💛
