follow @fitfoodielarisa for more healthy breakfast ideas! apple pie skillet pancake 🍎🥞 macros: 405 calories | 21g protein | 64g carbs | 8g fat ingredients: 1 banana (mashed) 30g oats 1 egg sweetener of choice 1 apple (cubed) 5ml maple syrup (1tsp) 1tsp cinnamon 100g greek yogurt (to serve) pumpkin seeds (to serve) instructions: 1. mash the banana, oats, egg and sweetener together with a fork 2. form into one large pancake and cook on medium heat until golden on both sides 3. in a separate pan, cook the apple cubes with maple syrup and cinnamon until soft and caramelised 4. serve the pancake with greek yogurt, warm apples and pumpkin seeds #healthybreakfast #healthyrecipes #healthyfood #easybreakfast #healthybreakfastideas

The kind of breakfast I slow down for Apple baked oats 🍎 Warm, cozy, and so satisfying ✨ 💫 In each bowl: 1/2 cup oats 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp baking powder 1 egg 1/2 cup almond milk 1 tbsp maple syrup 1/2 apple, chopped Chopped pecans (optional) Combine everything in a greased oven-safe ramekin. Top with pecans if using and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Let cool slightly before adding the icing. 💫 Protein icing: 15 g vanilla protein powder 1 1/2 to 2 tbsp almond milk Mix until smooth and drizzle over the baked oats. Day seven: Cookie dough 🤤 Because we can all agree it’s better than the final baked product okayyyyyy 🍪 Makes one: 364 cals 26g protein Base ✅ 30g oats ✅ 5g PB+ ✅ 15g @musclenation vanilla ice cream protein powder: JESS10 ✅ 15ml sugar free maple syrup Mixed with 80-100ml water or milk ✅ Stir in 15g dark organic choc chips Topped with: ✅ 50g vanilla protein yoghurt ✅ 10g PB+ Optional: more choc chips! Method: 1. In a bowl add the oats, PB powder, protein powder, and sugar free maple syrup 2. Pour in 80–100ml of water or milk and mix well until everything is combined and creamy. Stir through the chocolate chips. 3. Place in the fridge overnight (or at least 3–4 hours) to thicken 4. When ready to eat, top with vanilla protein yoghurt and peanut butter
