This is episode 24 of Dumb Dinners: Pull-Apart Pizza Muffins Turns out my toddler will eat meals I put less effort into, haha. Ingredients: 1 can (16 oz) Pillsbury Grands! Original biscuits — blue can, not the red one 1½ cups whole milk shredded mozzarella, for the mix ¼ cup whole milk shredded mozzarella, saved for the top ½ cup Hormel mini pepperoni 3 tbsp salted butter, melted ¼ cup marinara sauce, stirred into the mix ½ tsp garlic powder (not garlic salt) ½ tsp dried parsley flakes Marinara on the side for dipping Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°F Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray twice Open biscuits and rip each one into about 6 pieces with your hands or quarter them with pizza cutter In a large bowl combine biscuit pieces, mozzarella, pepperoni, butter, marinara, garlic powder, and parsley and mix until coated Fill each muffin cup ¾ full Sprinkle reserved mozzarella on top of each cup Bake 20 minutes until tops are deep golden and cheese is bubbly Let sit 5 minutes, run a knife around the edges, pop them out Serve with warm marinara for dipping #Dumbdinner #easydinners #easydinnerrecipes #familydinners #easymeals

This is episode 25: Cheesy Artichoke Chicken Bake What you’ll need: 1.5–2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs 1 container artichoke parmesan dip (10–12 oz) 3 cups fresh broccoli, cut into small florets (no bigger than 1 inch) 1 cup shredded mozzarella ½ cup shredded cheddar 2–3 tbsp grated parmesan ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp onion powder black pepper + a small pinch of salt How to make it: Preheat oven to 375°F Layer chicken in a 9x13 baking dish Season with garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt Add broccoli on top Spread artichoke dip over everything — it doesn’t need to be perfect, it’ll spread as it bakes Cover tightly with foil and bake 35 minutes Remove foil and add all three cheeses Bake uncovered 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbling Rest 10 minutes before serving — don’t skip this part Come back for more if you like easy dinners 🫡 #easyrecipes #weeknightdinner #dinneridea #easydinners #easydinnerrecipes

Creamy Cajun Chicken & Sausage Tagliatelle 😍 Ingredients (serves 2): 2 × 100g chicken breast fillets, butterflied 2 tsp Cajun seasoning ½ tsp smoked paprika ½ tsp garlic granules Salt & black pepper 120g dried tagliatelle 40g chorizo, diced 1 tsp chopped garlic 1 heaped tbsp tomato purée 130ml reduced-fat single cream alternative 40g reduced-fat mozzarella, grated 50–70ml reserved pasta water Fresh parsley (optional) 💕Start by preheating the oven to 200°C fan. Season the chicken all over with the Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic granules, salt and pepper, then bake on a lined tray for 10 minutes until just cooked. 💕Cook the tagliatelle in well-salted water. Reserve a mug of pasta water, then drain. 💕Heat a large non-stick pan over a medium-high heat and fry the chorizo for 3-4 minutes until crisp. Remove and set aside leaving the oils in the pan. In the same pan, lower the heat slightly and cook the garlic and tomato purée for around 45 seconds. Pour in the cream and let it bubble for 2–3 minutes until lightly thickened. 💕Spoon a little sauce over each chicken breast, scatter over half the mozzarella and return to the oven for 2 minutes until melted. 💕Add 50–70ml pasta water to the sauce to loosen, stir in the remaining mozzarella, then toss through the tagliatelle and half the chorizo until glossy and coated. Serve topped with the Cajun chicken, remaining chorizo and a sprinkle of parsley if you fancy. This one’s a favorite in our house, even with our toddler, and that’s saying a lot 😆 What you need: 2 cups fully cooked shredded chicken (store-bought is perfect) 2 cups frozen mixed veggies, thawed 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup 1–2 tubes Pillsbury Grands biscuits (depends on muffin tin size — I used 2 for 12 cups) Optional: black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme How to make it: Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a muffin tin Flatten each biscuit and press into muffin cups, thin on the bottom, taller on the sides In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, veggies, and cream of chicken soup Season lightly if you want Spoon mixture generously into each biscuit cup Bake for 20–22 minutes, until golden and bubbly Let cool for a few minutes, then serve #easydinner #familyrecipe #familyrecipes #easymeals #easymealideas #toddlermeals #easydinnerrecipes

🍋 5 MINUTE DINNER IDEA: Creamy Lemon Chicken Thigh Orzo Bake Ingredients • 1 cup uncooked orzo • 1¾ cups chicken broth (warm) • ½ cup heavy cream • 3-4 boneless chicken thighs • 1 cup fresh spinach • ½ cup grated parmesan • 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder) • 1 tbsp lemon juice • ½ tsp salt • ½ tsp pepper • ½ tsp Italian seasoning • 1 tbsp olive oil Optional topping: • extra parmesan or mozzarella Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. In a 9x13 or similar baking dish, add: • orzo • warm chicken broth • cream • garlic • lemon juice • salt, pepper, Italian seasoning 3. Add in the chicken thighs and spinach, making sure the orzo is mostly submerged. 4. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken. 5. Cover tightly with foil and bake 30 minutes. 6. Remove foil, stir gently, sprinkle parmesan on top, and bake 5–10 more minutes uncovered until: • orzo is tender • chicken reaches 165° F

Fresh Parsley, chopped ·  1 tsp. Dried Thyme, or dried oregano ·  ½ tsp. Red Pepper Flakes ·  ½ tsp. Garlic Powder ·  ¾ cup Plain Breadcrumbs ·  30-32 Square Wonton Wrappers ·  3-4 tbsp. Olive Oil   INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 425F. Line 1-2 large baking pans with parchment paper. 2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella, cheddar, ¼ cup parmesan, marinara sauce, chopped pepperoni, parsley, dried thyme, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder. Mix well. 3. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the filling into the center of a wonton wrapper. Brush the edges with water. Fold in both sides lengthwise to overlap and gently seal.
