Dumb Dinners, Episode 23: Lazy Meatball Lasagna What you’ll need: 1 jar marinara sauce (24–25 oz) 1¼ cups water 8–10 oven-ready lasagna noodles, broken into pieces 1 cup whole milk ricotta 2 cups shredded whole milk mozzarella, divided 20–25 frozen fully cooked meatballs (½ oz) 1 cup frozen chopped spinach 1 tsp Italian seasoning ½ tsp garlic powder Pinch of salt How to make it: Mix marinara, water, ricotta, and seasonings in a 9x13 dish Add broken noodles, frozen meatballs, spinach, and half the mozzarella Stir everything together and press noodles down into the sauce Top with remaining mozzarella, cover tightly with foil Bake at 375°F covered 45–50 min, uncovered 10–15 min Rest 10 min before scooping Dinner so easy it’s kinda dumb. 🤌 #easymeals #dinneridea #easydinners #easyrecipes #easyrecipie

If you’re new here, hi—I’m Sara, a mom of two who does not love cooking, but does love feeding her family without overthinking it. These are the kinds of dinners that save my sanity on busy nights. What you’ll need: • 1 can (16 oz) buttermilk biscuits, quartered • 14–15 oz pizza sauce • 2 cups shredded mozzarella • 15–20 pepperoni slices • 1–2 tsp Italian seasoning How to make it: Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish. Quarter the biscuits and spread the pieces evenly in the dish. Pour the pizza sauce over the biscuit pieces and gently spread to coat. Sprinkle Italian seasoning across the top. Add mozzarella cheese. Add pepperoni (or any toppings you like). Bake 25–35 minutes, checking the center. If the middle biscuits still look doughy, bake an extra 5–10 minutes until everything is puffed and cooked through. Let rest for 5 minutes before cutting and serving. Cooking can be easy episode 5: Easy Nashville Hot Mozzarella Sticks🧀 Ingredients • 1 lb block mozzarella • 3 eggs • All-purpose flour • Breadcrumbs (any kind) Nashville Hot Sauce • 1 tsp cayenne • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp salt • 1 tsp chili powder • 2 tsp brown sugar Steps: 1️⃣ Cut the Cheese Cut the mozzarella into sticks or squares, thickness is totally preference. Thinner sticks = more crunch, thicker sticks = more cheese pull. I use half an inch. 2️⃣ Set Up Breading One bowl with flour, one with beaten eggs, one with breadcrumbs. 3️⃣ Bread the Cheese (Important) Go in this order: Flour → Egg → Breadcrumbs → Egg → Breadcrumbs This double coat helps seal everything in so the cheese doesn’t ooze out. 4️⃣ Freeze Pop them in the freezer for 30 minutes. 5️⃣ Fry Fry at 350°F until golden, about 1–2 minutes. 6️⃣ Make the Sauce Mix all the spices together, then carefully whisk in some hot frying oil until smooth. 7️⃣ Sauce & Eat Brush the sauce on while they’re hot and eat immediately. #mozzarellasticks #mozzarellacheese #cheesepull #easymeals #easyrecipe #homemade

It can be made using steak, fish, shrimp…the possibilities are endless 👏🏼 You will need: 3 yellow potatoes Seasoned with: Paprika Salt Garlic powder For the chicken: I used 3 thin sliced chicken breast (feel free to use thick chicken breast and slice thinly) Season with: Garlic powder Oregano Salt Paprika Chili flakes For the Pico de Gallo: 3 Roma tomatoes diced Bunch of cilantro minced 1/2 red onion minced 1/2 jalapeño pepper (optional) 2 limes juiced Salt to taste For the Avocado Crema 1/2 avocado 1/3 cup water 1 lime juiced Garlic powder to taste Salt & pepper to taste Bunch of cilantro 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt Additional toppings: Shredded lettuce Plain greek yogurt to drizzle Notes: cut up potatoes into French fries; season well. Cook in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 15-18 min. Thinly slice the chicken breasts and season lightly. Cook in a pan with avocado oil on medium heat for 5-7 min. Add all ingredients for the pico into a small bowl and mix well. Set aside in the refrigerator until it’s time to serve. For the avocado crema I added all ingredients into a blender until it became like a thin sauce. If you need to add more water for better consistency please do so. Make egg salad: Add chopped eggs, mayo, smashed pickles, red onions, green onions, mustard, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper. Mix until creamy but still chunky. 2. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (235 degrees C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and lightly grease the pan. 2.
