BAChick-Fil-A Minis with Honey Butter on top!! I used Sister Shubert’s yeast rolls for an easy recipe hack. You can sub these homemade fried nuggets for frozen southern style nuggets if you’re looking for a super easy 10 minute meal.
FOR THE CHICK-FIL-A NUGGETS:
2-3 lbs. chicken breast or tenders, cut into chunks
1 cup dill pickle juice
½ cup buttermilk or whole milk
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup plain breadcrumbs
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp black pepper
peanut oil for frying
FOR THE ROLLS:
Sister Shubert’s Parker House Yeast Rolls (frozen)
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp honey
Hot sauce or Dipping sauce of your choice (optional)
Place chicken in a bowl with pickle juice and milk to marinade. Allow it to marinade at least a few hours, ideally overnight. When ready to cook, heat oil in a skillet or pot to 350 degrees.
In a separate bowl combine all the dry seasonings. Add chicken directly from marinade to the flour mixture, toss them well to coat on all sides. Then working in batches place them into the oil until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes total, flipping half way. Rest on a cooling rack and keep warm.
Cook rolls in the oven according to package directions. Combine butter and honey then spread over the tops of the cooked rolls. Open each roll and place chicken nugget inside and enjoy. Serve with dipping sauce or hot sauce if you prefer.

ALChick Fil A Nuggets & Sauce 🐓 recipe ⬇️
Nuggets
2 lbs chicken, cubed
1 cup pickle juice
2 egg whites
1 cup flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp black pepper
Marinate chicken in pickle juice for 30 min. Drain then mix chicken with egg whites. Dump in the seasoned flour. Shake off the excess. Spray with oil on both sides and air fry at 400F for 7-8 min flipping halfway through.
Chick Fil A sauce
1/2 cup mayo
2 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp honey
Juice of 1/4 lemon
