75 Day Calf Tear Recovery 🤯 Celebrating my 2-year anniversary of this horrific calf tear… 💥 If you want my FREE Full 75 Day Recovery Guide click link in bio (I didn’t use drugs or peptides for this recover ➡️ How did this happen? It didn’t happen lifting crazy weight. My wife and I were in Costa Rica. On the last day, I was carrying two 50-lb suitcases up a steep, uneven hill to the car. I had trained calves hard the day before so they were already tight. About 3/4 of the way up, I felt a violent pull. I knew instantly something bad had just happened. Then I got on a plane for 5 hours trying to get home. The next morning, it had swollen up like a balloon. I couldn’t put any weight on it. The pain was excruciating—the worst injury I’ve ever had. ✅ Grade 3 Gastrocnemius Calf Tear 🤯 By Day 3, my calf was nearly 2" bigger than my normal 19" calf. Doctors told me to rest and said it would take a minimum of 4 months to recover… and that it might never be the same again. I disagreed 👊 Instead of rest, I attacked the injury. I built an insane recovery plan—about 6 hours a day of different treatments (no peptides), perfect nutrition, up to 4 hours of workouts daily (I didn’t train calves, but I kept it moving), and a whole lot of prayer. ➡️ 75 days later, I was fully healed. I was training heavy, jumping high, running fast again… and I didn’t lose any muscle size. Doctors often tell you what the average person can expect. My encouragement to you is this: don’t be average. I sure wasn’t. I recovered in about 33% of the expected time. To everyone who followed this journey—thank you.
