KASo, what is Allodial Title?
Simply put, it's a type of ownership where you, the owner, have complete and unconditional control over your property. No strings attached.
How does it work? In an allodial system, you're considered the sovereign owner of your property. That means you wouldn't have to pay property taxes, and the government wouldn't be able to take your property away.
But here's the catch:
Unfortunately for everyone, the government has already claimed every piece of land and would never allow you to own property under allodial title because they want to tax you and take away your possessions through a power they've given themselves known as escheat.
All land is now under feudal ownership, and you receive a fee simple Title, which gives you the right to use and dispose of land. Pretty much a fancier lease.
So, how can you get Allodial Title?
