KLEINES FORMUPDATE 💪🏼 Ich wollte euch heute mal ein kleines Vergleichsvideo posten nach 4 Wochen, in denen ich meine Routinen wieder durchgezogen habe, die ich mehrere Wochen davor wegen des Umzugs und meiner Krankheit komplett habe schleifen lassen. Was sagt ihr? Natürlich kann man in 4 Wochen keinen rieeesigen Unterschied oder -10kg auf der Waage erwarten, aber ich finde dennoch, dass es schon jetzt wieder ein deutlicher Unterschied ist, oder? Und auf der Waage sind es aktuell auch -1,5kg. Also auch in 4 Wochen kann man mit den richtigen Routinen schon einiges erreichen! Und welche Routinen habe ich dafür wieder eingehalten? Jeden Tag mind. 1x raus und eine Runde bewegen/ spazieren, mind. 4x pro Woche mindestens eine kurze Sporteinheit, mind. 6 von 7 Tagen in der Woche selbst kochen, jeden Tag mind. 2g Proteine pro kg Körpergewicht, mind. 2L Wasser trinken pro Tag und Zucker so gut es geht reduzieren (max. 1 Treat am Tag). Ihr seht: Keine radikale Diät mit krassen Verboten oder täglichem Verzicht. Ich esse weiterhin jeden Tag Brot, Nudeln und auch mal einen Schokoriegel. Es sind vielmehr einfach kleine Routinen und Tricks im Alltag, die langfristig und zusammen aber eben eine große Wirkung haben. Zu radikale Veränderungen hält man langfristig leider eh häufig nicht durch und man verfällt schneller als man denkt wieder in den Jo-Jo Effekt. Ich bin auf jeden Fall gespannt, was ich in den nächsten Wochen noch erreichen werde und nehme euch natürlich weiterhin täglich dabei mit. 🫶🏻 #diet #getshredded #diät #formupdate #fitover35 #abs #diätmotivation
