this reel blew up in my skinny fat series… and for good reason ✨ so I’m reposting for those of you who may have missed it 👇🏼 Just “Eat less, move more” will NOT fix skinny fat. It’ll keep you stuck. Here’s the routine that actually transformed my body: 🏋🏻‍♀️ 4 gym sessions per week (only 4) ✅ 2 glute-focused leg days (spaced at least 2 days apart) ✅ 1 back & triceps day ✅ 1 shoulders & arms day ✅ 4–5 exercises per session with progressive overload 🚶‍♀️ Post-workout: 15-min treadmill walk 🚶‍♀️ Daily movement: Minimum 20 min on training days, 40 min on rest days (or 8–10k steps) ⛔ No running This is exactly how I fixed skinny fat and built a strong, slim, toned body. When you train consistently, your cardiovascular system adapts:     •    Your sweat glands activate earlier.     •    Blood flow to your skin increases.     •    Plasma volume expands, so you can sweat more without dehydrating. All of this means your body is more efficient at dumping heat and keeping performance high. So if you’re drenched halfway through your workout, don’t panic…it’s not a sign you’re out of shape. It’s proof your cooling system is elite. You’re basically built like a race car. 🏎️💦 And race cars don’t come with A/C.
