製法はとてもシンプルで
生クリームを敷いたお皿に
バニラのジェラートを麺状に絞っただけらしいけど
こんなに食感が贅沢になるものかと感動...🥹
しかし溶けやすいから
素早く食べ切るのがおすすめ♡
ちなみに元々スパゲッティアイスとは、
1969年にドイツのイタリアンジェラート屋さんで誕生したドイツ名物なのだとか。
ポテトマッシャーで絞ったジェラートに
ミートソースに見立てた
ラズベリーソースをかけているそう。
しかしよく思いついたよねぇー！！🍝
