ワタルノート – Wataru’s Brew Notes☕️ – 今日はホンジュラスの豆で、コーノとハリオのドリッパーを使ってコーヒーをドリップし、飲み比べてみました。 コーノは上がツルツルで下だけ溝があって、穴も小さいからゆっくりお湯が落ちる。だから豆のうまみがいっぱい出て、味がしっかりしてた。 ハリオは内側全体にスパイラルの溝があって、お湯の注ぎ方で味が変えられるらしい。 飲んでみたら、コーノはコクがあって甘みも感じられる濃い味。 ハリオはすっきりしてて、スーッと飲める感じだった。 同じ豆でもドリッパーがちがうと味もこんなに変わるんだな〜ってびっくりした。 これからは、自分にぴったりの味を見つけるのも楽しそう。 #hario × #kono #ドリッパー比較
