LULet me tell you this spray has been my GO TO for a few years now & I use her at least 3 times a day😅
Personally I use it in my morning & nighttime skincare routines. As well as after anytime I am sweating, so always after the gym. It’s great when you’re unable to get to washing your face directly after a heavy sweat, or just when your face needs a little refresh through the day. It’s definitely a summertime must when our skin becomes more oily (or if you are living in a climate of warmer temperature any time of year of course). I also do not wash my face in the morning because of my skin barrier, as I don’t want to further strip it, so I spray my HOCl.
